This information is solely for the purpose of providing you with health management services and to allow you to exchange this information with your healthcare providers with your permission.
    2. Communication with Healthcare Professionals: Febris enables secure text-based communication with healthcare professionals. When such service is provided, your messages and communications with healthcare providers are encrypted to protect your privacy.
    3. Search for Nursing Homes: The app allows users to search for nursing homes based on specific criteria. This feature does not collect or share personally identifiable information unless explicitly provided by the user for specific purposes, such as appointment scheduling. Febris uses publicly available records to display such data and does not guarantee accuracy of the information.
  2. Security Measures:
    1. Febris employs robust security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
    2. All communications with healthcare professionals are encrypted to ensure confidentiality.
    3. Despite the security measures, instances of data theft have been reported at other healthcare and non-healthcare institutions. Febris is not immune from such acts and will make every attempt to be transparent about these issues if they occur. Please use your discretion when using the app.
  3. Data Sharing:
    1. Febris does not share your personal health information with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

  4. Health Workbook:
    1. The health workbook is designed solely for your personal use. Febris will allow the option of sharing this workbook data with your healthcare provider, upon your consent. This can either be done digitally between apps or by printing the workbook. The user is solely responsible to ensure such transfers are happening under secure conditions.
  5. Medication Manager
    1. Febris offers artificial intelligence enabled personalized medication management. This is solely for the purpose of helping you. Febris is not liable for any errors that may result from improper use of this feature. Any recommendations made by the app are solely for the purpose of raising awareness to you and you should discuss with your physician before acting on such recommendations. We also advise against relying solely on this feature for your medication management.
  6. User Consent:
    1. By using Febris, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your health information as described in this privacy statement.
    2. By adding an authorized user, you consent to the authorized user having full access to your account and health information and to be able to edit that information. You also allow access for the authorized user to chat with anyone on your behalf, including other healthcare providers.
    3. By adding an emergency contact, you consent to allow healthcare personnel or emergency services to contact them and to share information that may be confidential or sensitive in nature in cases of an emergency.
